It is the worst service and miserable to not be able to anymore!!!! Running away from this place, better to sleep in the car pay attention

I classify my experience with this accommodation as terrible. I am clear that I will not book again. We come frequently to this area, usually to another accommodation, but on this occasion they had not yet opened for the season so we decided to try a different one. The conclusion is that I do not recommend it even if they gave you the stay for free. People commented on the lack of hygiene, that the walls were made of paper, but what stood out the most is the poor customer service.

As soon as we arrived, we were told that my card had been charged. Had this not been the case we would have left immediately. The room had an odd smell (damp, perhaps), hadn't been cleaned very thoroughly, and was uncomforable and depressing. The photos we saw online are extremely misleading - it looked like a different hotel. Santillana is lovely, and there are lots of accommodation options, pretty much all of which looked far superior to this place.
