Hosteria San Emeterio

I booked at Hostería San Emeterio (Arnuero) through Hotels.com because on the website indicated that they accepted pets. Upon arrival with my dog, at 20:00 on 25/08/2025, the hotel refused me entry on the grounds that it was an “agency mistake” and I was literally left on the street offering no solution. Hotels.com hasn't given me a reply or refund yet. Very bad experience, lack of seriousness from both the accommodation and the agency.

I mean the restaurant: They wanted to put us on the terrace without consulting and without us asking. The bottled water of time .bear warms.
