Excessive price for Service received Elevator malfunction not working WiFi much noise in the room

Well located hotel and polite reception staff, the right room although the bathroom small and without ventilation with what it means when you travel more than 1 person and even alone. We have been only 5 nights, the overall cleanliness very good but one of the days they forgot to make the room which caused us discomfort and the inconvenience of not being able to rest or shower after the beach for waiting for them to do it.

Great location, cleanliness of rooms very well, super friendly staff and category breakfast buffet (highly recommended potato tortilla). To put a but: the bathtub is a little high for short people, however they got us a stool immediately.
