Hotel & Spa Arha

A very pleasant, quiet, and extremely clean place! It is very central, I totally recommend it.

On October 30th through Booking I made a reservation for the nights of 31st and 1st at the Arha de Potes hotel On the 31st of the morning I called the hotel in Potes to confirm the arrival time , a room clerk got on the phone and told me that there was no one at reception, I asked her about the spa and she told me that it was not operational. I told him that I canceled the reservation, because I was interested in the spa service, he told me that he passed it on to the hotel staff , I in turn made the cancellation to Booking since the reservation had been made with them. After a few days I am discounted the full amount of the reservation. Concept of what? If I told you the same as Booking that I was canceling. What did you cancel for your lack of information in the hotel propaganda, which we can call misleading since they offer a service as a claim, which they do not have in operation. I'm calling the hotel and in very bad ways they tell me that they can't do anything, that it's from the Santander headquarters, I call the headquarters and the same.... In the worst hotel I've ever been I've had this bad behavior from the hotel staff.

We have been staying in this hotel for many years x being in the center and it has always been right..since it has changed the management goes home worse. This weekend...frightful, the bed is tossed with sheet and on top a blanket green colors (like the old). No quilt or anything,,, lovely. Both of them sharing a big sleeve... impossible. Interior patio room, you couldn't open blinds, stuck....horrible We're not coming back.
