A simple place that is too hot, without air conditioning. Expensive for what it offers. We paid in advance and upon entering the room, we saw that it was uninhabitable. We went to another hotel and only went for breakfast, just to avoid losing too much. What we paid for several nights was lost. Even though the room was like an oven, they told us they could not refund the money, which may be legal in terms of booking but is not ethical regarding customer service; I clarify that we did not make any complaints.

Friendly generous innkeeper in practical and tourist computing. Small roadside parking for guests. Very clean, comfortable room. Hearty breakfast, according to your appetite. Walking distance to the old quarter of Santillana del Mar. Short drive to the Museo de Altamira (a must).

Total personal attention. For the manager of the business the main thing is that his customers are satisfied both by the place and their attentions. And he does. Information for any activity is accurate and complete which greatly facilitates Traveler activity and time use. Totally recommended.
