Santa Ana

The staff is very friendly; that is the only positive aspect. The room is super small, with horrible heat, a lot of noise, too much light, poorly maintained, dirty walls, and curtains that are falling down. There was neither a fan nor air conditioning; I am attaching photos of everything. The pool has few loungers and they are not comfortable; it does not match the photos at all.

We stayed just one night at this inn. The staff was friendly, and both the buffet breakfast and dinner were very good; the food was undoubtedly the best part of the stay. However, the room had several significant drawbacks. It did not have air conditioning, and it was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. Our room faced an interior courtyard through which guests and staff passed to access the pool or get something to drink, so if we opened the window to try to cool the room, we constantly heard the noise of people passing by and talking, and we were visible. Additionally, the window was translucent but let in a lot of light early in the morning. From 7:30 AM, we could already hear workers talking in the courtyard, which made it difficult to continue resting. We also found some small insects near the bed and woke up with numerous bites.

We spent the May Bridge at the Inn. We were very comfortable although the patio rooms are small and a little noisy, you hear everything. In the closet you almost do not fit your clothes, it is too small to be able to store everything you take. Great restaurant. Very good everything.
