We booked a triple room for three adults at this hotel and, to our surprise, upon arrival we were assigned a room with two regular beds and a third very small bed, clearly more suitable for a child than for an adult. When we communicated this at the reception, at first they indicated that if we wanted a better room, we would have to pay an additional fee of 30 euros. We did not accept that proposal, as our reservation clearly specified that it was a room for three adults and we understood that it should be equipped with three suitable beds for adults, at no additional cost. On the first night, one of us had to sleep in that bed, resulting in waking up with a severe back pain due to its small size and lack of comfort. After insisting quite a bit and having several conversations with the reception staff, the next day we were finally moved to another room that did meet the conditions we had contracted. We want to emphasize that a triple room intended for three adults should always have three beds in proper condition. We believe that the hotel should review this aspect to prevent other customers from going through the same situation. We hope that this feedback serves as constructive criticism for them to improve this service in the future.

The hotel is very tired and dated. We stayed here for one night as we were on route back to the airport. It is not in a good location being on a large shopping park. For the price we paid, the rooms are just about okay. They are reasonably clean, but everything has been done on the cheap from the fitures and fittings to the nasty soap and shampoo provided in the rooms. There was a heavy smell of room fresher spray in both our rooms, it made you worry that they were attempting to cover up a poor service clean. Dont be fooled by the nice looking pictures of the spa area in this hotel. We were shown the facilities and decided against using them, once again it all looked shabby and in urgent need of a revamp. Breakfast was to be expected, a buffet provided with no waiter service at all, it was serve yourself including getting your own cutlery. The coffee was just about okay but the orange juice was made up from concentrate and pretty disgusting. The hotel provides extensive sports facilities with a large indoor swimming pool, a good sized gym and spa, but I did not see any sports enthusiast guests in the hotel, in fact the only guests other than us were workmen. I am guessing they are being put up in this hotel because it is cheap. Staff seem very friendly and helpful, which is about the only good comments I can make about the hotel.

Away. In the middle of the industrial estate. Sunday resurgence (afternoons/night) closed cafeteria. They're understaffed.
