Villa de San Vicente

Yesterday, July 26, 2026, a group of forty of us went to eat at the restaurant. We had previously been offered several menus, and the group requested one for €33.00 that included: To share: - Mussels ( they were tasty ) - Octopus ( it was potatoes with little bits of octopus ) - Serrano ham ( nothing special ) 📍First course: - sautéed vegetables ( mini portion ) 📍Second course: - Hake in American sauce ( the dish was well-prepared ) or - Ribeye steak ( the worst experience we have ever had, they didn't even ask us how we wanted it. ) It was tough and overcooked. 📍Dessert - Rice pudding (mini jar) and very sugary (House wine, water, and bread) (look, the drink is okay) The problem was that, faced with the criticism, the restaurant did not offer any alternative. Several people requested the COMPLAINT FORM. Anyway, I am posting this comment because we were told that there was no problem with making any complaint, that is to say, they cared very little that some diners left the ribeye steak untouched. By the way, it strikes me that a toilet bowl was black, I don't know, in a hotel restaurant where there isn't total cleanliness, it scares me.

Horrible beds, old and soft mattresses. That is not offered to anyone at that price. It was horrible to sleep there. I would not return nor would I recommend it to anyone. It's a shame because the staff was nice and the location was perfect. Free and convenient parking around it.

Really attentive contact prior to arrival and a very warm welcome from English speaking staff. A very pretty room, great view of the aperture, clean and comfortable. Excellent shower and amazing selection of complimentary toiletries. Breakfast room provided very good alternative selection of food for my wife. Great location, would have liked to stay longer.
