Vincci Puerto Chico

I loved the hotel, the neighborhood, the city, the people, and the food.

I want to thank the staff of this hotel, especially Tino, Jorge s And Rosa. They did everything possible to make a great stay during our visit to Santander. The hotel itself is a little old but revated, clean, comfortable beds and great location. Thank you forca wonderful stsy and hope to come back soon! Fantastic🫶😘❤️

Room 802 was small and "battered," not in line with the category required for a 4-star hotel of this caliber; both it and the bathroom require a facelift, especially the shower tray. One of the curtains would have 3 hooks come off every time we closed it at night. With only one elevator, problems multiplied when we coincided with the cleaners who occupied it exclusively, and going up and down felt eternal; I do not understand how they do not have a service elevator for these tasks as the vast majority of hotels do, so as not to hinder the movement of guests across its 9 floors. In my opinion, it was not in line with the price paid; I have stayed in 3-star hotel rooms in much better condition than this one and with better value for money.
