Hotel Azul

Terrible hotel. A 3-star hotel without air conditioning and with a bathtub. Tiny room. The closet looked like a toy. Menu food was super elaborate and with many strange sauces and spices. Breakfast was always the same. The pool was just a foot bath.

To sum it up: average, old, and where the price-quality ratio does not match. It needs an urgent renovation even though they keep making quick fixes. There are better hotels for those prices although the location is good if you are going to the beach. The curtains do not keep the room dark if you want to sleep. Loose electrical mechanisms in the bathroom, cleaning not perfect, and a high bathtub that should no longer exist. Not to mention the curtains in this bathroom. Poorly trained staff, overwhelmed at times, who answer with dirty looks. Weak breakfasts where everything runs out. Don't let them fool you about the garage. They charge you and it's a nightmare to park. In many spots, it's impossible to get out if the person next to you is parked, and you have to look for them. 70 maneuvers to get out. Risk of scratches. Leave it on the street, there's no danger, and sometimes you can park well even if you have to walk. Next time I will change hotels or areas.

The fantastic hotel in location, and both breakfast, and dinner, which I have used, the great room, and what to say about the staff, charming, helpful and polite, is the second time I go to this great hotel, and certainly if I go again in the area I will not hesitate, to repeat. Congratulations to all the staff and thank you very much for everything
