The nice thing about the hotel is the views because for a 4-star hotel, it does not meet expectations. The staff, except for a young girl at the reception, seems to feel entitled, especially the cleaning ladies. If they take the bag from the bathroom trash can, they do not put it back. Today, I had used a cup; they cleaned the room and left the dirty cup there. There are two of us, and they only left one towel. The cleaning is superficial, and the hand soap was not replenished. They tell you breakfast opens at 7, but they open later. The pillows are horrible. The first time, I wanted to think it was a one-time issue; I gave it another chance, but it will be the last. A 4-star hotel should not have these failures.

It has the great appeal of being located in front of El Sardinero beach, with beautiful views. Perhaps just for that, it is worth it. But inside, there are things that should improve to make the stay more pleasant. They gave us a room that had a broken hinge on the window facing the sea, and both the wind and the noise from traffic came in through there. The staff immediately moved us to another room, but they could no longer give us a king-size bed as we had paid for. Additionally, the room had numerous chips and parts of the frames were damaged. It seemed that they had not done proper maintenance for a long time. I can only speak well of the staff's attention, how they tried to solve our issues, and that they had the honesty to apologize for it. There is free parking in the surrounding area.
