Do not go if you have twin strollers. We were misinformed during the reservation, and upon arriving at the hotel, the stroller did not fit in any room. They did not offer us a solution. We were dismantling the double cart five times a day for seven days a week. You can imagine that it was a major constraint for our family vacation. We felt very powerless in this situation due to the lack of empathy at the reception. It must be said that the rest of the hotel is great for enjoying with family.

I would have liked to raise the rating, as the location and the hotel itself are very good, but they made a series of unforgivable mistakes. A negative aspect is the check-in at 4 PM, which means you have already lost half the day; another negative point is that on some days, by 1 PM, our room had still not been made up. And the reception staff did not inform us about all the activities and areas of the hotel. On the positive side, the location, the buffet dining area, and the facilities are good, although the pool tends to be overcrowded with people. Correct WiFi.
