For an unbeatable price, I spent 5 weeks sunny, quiet, in this beautiful complex. In winter, the pools are accessible, but not heated, so you do not swim in them. The apartments are well maintained. Everything is there: new air conditioning with heating, ultra-fast water heating, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and microwave. Dishes in sufficient quantity. The mattresses are comfortable, the small storage furniture (living room, kitchen and bedrooms) practical with drawers. I enjoyed the beautiful dressing room in the large room. The bathroom had a bathtub and bidet plus a toilet. everything was in good condition. I particularly enjoyed the loggia of more than 7 square meters. overlooking the street and landscaped surroundings. The sea can be seen by standing by the railing. It is sheltered from wind and rain. Access to the apartment is without elevator. The weather was more than favorable throughout the stay, not counting 24 hours of strong wind in mid-February, but the sky was sunny most of the time with an average of 18/19 degrees Celcius and highs above 20. The resort is home to many restaurants, although many are closed in January. Shops are diversified and foodstuffs can be purchased in Consum and Spar supermarkets, not far from the residence. Walking and cycling paths surround Alcossebre, as well as by the sea, to sum up, it was a very pleasant stay that I recommend especially for the winter.
