Bungalows Orange Park

On arrival, dirty apartment.Bad smells coming from the pipes, for 3 days. Insects running around. Very few dishes, ex: no salad bowl, no corkscrew... Very dirty freezer joints. Flows on the legs of the chairs and on the bathroom door. The oven is useless because rust is in it. Very cold apartment because misoriented, despite the heating. You feel bad, the air is stale. We shortened our stay. Photos were taken of all these descriptions. No positives, except parking. Noisy work all day long. The reception at the agency was deplorable. Not a word of French. Avoid it.

We stayed here for 5 months, the apartments have everything you need and you had clean sheets every week, you have choice of 1,2,3 bedrooms,3 bedroom has 2 bathrooms, there is also a swimming pool and a small play park, the only downside is the walls are thin and can be noisy at times, but the price is great

we were 2 families with 5 kids of 6-12 y.o. spending there 10 nights. we had 2-level apartments with 2 bedrooms on the upper level, big sitting room on the ground floor and 2 wcs. even though that furniture was not fresh, everything was in good condition and functioned well. welcome kit contained washing-up liquid, wipes and trash bags. staff (both at the office and on-site) was very friendly and helpful. we did not face any problems with safety (as mentioned in many reviews here), all doors seemed quite secured, beach is around 750 m away, good supermarket (Consum) is around 1 km away. traffic on the streets nearby is not very busy but present, can't say it bothered a lot eigher during daytime or nights. parking slots are under roof which is very convinient in summer. swimming pool is extremely clean (saw personnel cleaning it every morning); it also contains a shallow part for kids. wi-fi functioned very quickly. wish we had stayed here for more days! trash bins are not cleaned by staff - we took away trash from the ones close to our apartments by ourselves. can't say it's a huge minus but still area for approvement
