Hotel Vinaros Elite

One more year and now it’s three, thank you for making our vacation an idyllic place. I appreciate the treatment received from all the staff, their great willingness and empathy in any situation. I can only give thanks and look forward to next year's vacation. As a point to improve, the entertainment for adults. This takes place at Vinaròs Beach and it is not entertainment for adults, it is the reality. In the end, there are a lot of children who infantilize that entertainment, turning it into an activity more suitable for kids. I understand that the model of that hotel goes that way and that it is normal to have children, but the guests of Aura feel deprived of true adult entertainment. I mention this as a point of improvement within the excellence received. Everything else, I repeat, excellent for another year. Thank you, and the slogan 'welcome home' is literal. Until next summer :)

Our third consecutive year. Always exquisite treatment, from reception to maintenance, including the café, dining room, and cleaning... Everything!!! It is a 10 hotel, we never saw a bad gesture from any staff member, quite the opposite, always a smile!!! A hotel where the staff is mostly women, and young, but very professional and friendly. The rooms are spotless, very large, with a huge bathroom featuring a shower and jacuzzi, and two sinks... Two beds of 150!! The housekeeping service took advantage of dinner time to remake our beds, and they left a chocolate and a note saying good night... Reception, always with a smile providing solutions to each of our questions, they are great... every year on the day of departure they give us a liter of cold water for the trip back home!!! The café team is very professional and very sweet, always attentive, but without being overwhelming.... A charm!! In the dining room, exquisite treatment and very, very clean, and all of them very professional in their work!!! A real pleasure of a hotel... We will definitely repeat!!!

HOTEL RH, a disappointment; in low season, there is barely any cafeteria service, they send you to eat and dine at another hotel, a cheaper hotel, with scarce, little varied, and poor food. As I said, disappointment; I expected it to be much better, like other hotel chains; I do not think I will return to an RH.
