For 5 years, every September, we come to this hotel where we are delighted. The location is perfect, facing the sea. The food is a 10, variety and quality. We congratulate the chef every time we see him. The dining room staff, kind, friendly, and attentive, Jose, Alfredo, Dan, Nicolás, Santiago....I am surely forgetting someone. This year, after a 15-day stay in room 423, we are leaving with a bad taste in our mouths. On the night of the 17th, I took care of some credit card business while I was already in bed. The next day, in the afternoon, I checked and realized I didn't have the card; I must have left it on the bed. I asked at the front desk, and they hadn't turned it in. The next day, we asked the cleaning lady, and she didn't give us any news about it either. The card did not leave the room and we looked well everywhere. I canceled it as appropriate, but it should have appeared. My mistake is not having put it away at that very moment. It is the negative note of our stay

Very pleasant treatment from all the staff, good and varied food, Luiggi is a phenomenon, but I have to say that the facilities, furniture...etc. are those of a 3-star hotel, it has 4 because of the magnificent location right on the beach. Otherwise nothing. Recommended for relaxing and family trips.

Beautiful location, wonderful staff and a decent breakfast offering, but a very disapointing room,we booked seaview which was spectacular and while some improvements were evidence d since last year the walk in shower being a vast improvement on previous experience the door to the balcony having been replaced was also an improvement even though sealing on the external frame had not been completed. However old failings still prevail (See my review from 2025) have management learnt little and dont say why dident we report it your staff were in and out to the room on a daily basis and should have recognised the issues, this on top of my previous review. Paper cups in the rooms (not in keeping with a 4star rating) these though used were not replaced for the duration of our stay. Dirty old fashioned soap holders, despite soap being available in dispensers, which were dirty and not not cleaned during our visit. No USB charging points a requirement for a modern hotel and modern media requirements. A very limited selection of English speaking Channels on TV despite the international Tourist appeal of the area. How ever the main problem experienced with our Seaview room was the the inordinate noise levels emanating from the Entertainment Centre/Bar area which was situated directly below our room this was further compounded by the noise associated with the pulling and draging of furniture being reset in this area after the shows were over normally around 11.45 P.M One would not expect such issues from a so called 4Star Hotel and having previously identified them in my review of 2025 we would have expected them to have been addressed in the interim
