Aparthotel Acuazul

a very good room, the half-board food was excellent, very varied and abundant the view from the apartment hotel does not face the sea. the location is a bit far from the center

Facilities, rooms, and services a 10. The buffet presentation, quality, and variety are excellent. Correct and pleasant personal treatment. Very careful cleanliness. In general, enhanced for families with children.

Do not go if you have twin strollers. We were misinformed during the reservation, and upon arriving at the hotel, the stroller did not fit in any room. They did not offer us a solution. We were dismantling the double cart five times a day for seven days a week. You can imagine that it was a major constraint for our family vacation. We felt very powerless in this situation due to the lack of empathy at the reception. It must be said that the rest of the hotel is great for enjoying with family.
