Peniscola Plaza Suites

I spent this weekend at this hotel. I booked two nights half board. Once at the hotel, I could not in any way change the dinner buffet (assigned) for lunch. There was availability because by paying it was possible. I had to change my plans. Very bad. The rest was all correct.

Hello, I am Juan Cobos. Very cozy hotel, good service and very attentive. I want to give a mention to the entertainment team and especially to Emilio, for his patience with children and people with reduced mobility. Bravo to him and his colleague, as well as to the Baviera cafeteria and the great Joselito and his colleagues.

It is far from Peñíscola, there are buses with very limited service, the beach has a step to get in and out, it is difficult. Hotel services are good, buffet food is repetitive, they are quality products but poorly cooked. The themed restaurants are average, the waiters are very good, cleaning is good, reception is good, the cafeterias are very good, in general good, but I will not return.
