HOTEL ALMAGRO

We had a reservation at this hotel for Monday, April 28 with a group of 46 students. This day was the blackout and we were not welcomed in the hotel, we were left lying, they were not able to find some solution. They suggested we go back to our place of origin, 400km away. They failed in their moral and legal duty to assist a group of minors in a national emergency.

Hotel management nefarious, I have been scammed a reservation that I canceled and do not want to refund 570 euros, a paston that I will claim to the full because they seem to me to be thieves who also do not show their face answering any claim that I have made in writing, and this is what I find most shameful. A hotel, which must provide service, which is also in a place that is not only luxury, that go spare or answer the customer, who is the one who feeds them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR NOTHING, AND BESIDES BEING A THIEF, I FIND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS THE MANAGEMENT SHAMEFUL.

I am very happy with that hotel, the treatment of the exquisite staff, the impeccable cleanliness, the very good food for a three star. Everything was easy, a friend of the group became ill and they were in charge of notifying the doctor on duty in the village to come to the hotel to check on him. For me everything has been positive, I give a TEN to all. Thanks for your good treatment. If I go back to that area, I have a very clear place to stay.
