I can only thank Manoli and Diego for the attention received. We went to celebrate my cousin's 50th birthday and they treated us with a close and cordial manner....they even brought us candles and a cake.....the hotel is spectacular....an old Manchego palace with a lot of charm and very careful details. The restaurant is an experience...I recommend the Manchego pisto and the cheese board...... I will repeat shortly. It is ideal for spending a weekend. It is two hours from Madrid......

We did a tour of towns in the interior of Spain, and one of the stops was at this wonderful hotel located in Moral de Calatrava. The truth was that our experience was fabulous, so much in the accommodation, by the way we took one of the suites, super affordable and recommended quality price. The treatment of all the workers super attentive and close, make you feel at home, and of course not to talk about the gastronomy, have a great variety of food both in menus of the day as well as a varied choice of a la carte, fused between the typical Spanish food, as well as the typical and charming homemade food of castilla la Mancha... In short, very pleasant stay in all aspects, we will definitely repeat when possible. Thank you very much to Diego and family for such a family and extraordinary treatment. We'll be back soon folks!

We travel to attend an event. We were with a baby and had advised the hotel a month in advance of the need to have a cot (both by phone and by messages). We were told there was no problem, but when we arrived at the hotel at night we checked that we had no cot in the room. There was no one at the front desk. We called the phone that was indicated on the counter and we were not answered either. We wrote a message and finally they responded indicating that there were no staff in the hotel and they could not provide it. Anyway, the building very nice, but they showed very little interest in giving good service or at least, the contracted service.
