We were my wife and I on a reservation we had for today 25/12/25,AND ANOTHER FOR THE DAY 1/01/2026.The worst experience I have had in 50 years of hospitality profession. Being closed menus. They open the restaurant at 2.30pm, perfect. We entered about 20 people we were waiting for. The food starts, in that between time, no more people who had reservations arrive. It already begins when when ordering a bottle of water, they put tap water (okay, let's say it happens). We start with the sausage and the pate, perfect. When after asking to move on to the next dish for the third time, it had already been between 40 and 45 minutes.The surprise is that since people are arriving in a staggered way, according to the waitress, we had to wait for the last table to finish for the next dish, because they had organized it. Attention by the staff quite or very poor, in every way (treatment, service, ways of responding without any ethics), we will rate, zero jerk. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYTHING, not even for coffee.

We're having a terrible experience, we've been summering here for years and we've seen a significant deterioration in maintenance and conservation care. From arriving to breakfast 9.30 and not finding the waiter set up the table us and breakfast scarce. The green pool, according to them had broken the sewage treatment plant and so stayed, we are told that they treat it and it is suitable for bathing we arrived 11.30 and are putting chemicals lucky that we saw them if we had not bathed. The technician’s answer is that the bathing season had already ended at 20 September 30 degrees. In short untrained staff and very good facilities that are leaving to die. In my view they should downgrade, as they do not care to keep it.

This hotel DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS that it boasts, everything is lousy. They don’t sell reality, all the photos they show don’t correspond to what you find. First of all, this hotel stands out for DIRT. The cleanliness shone through its absence. To start the holiday, we find a bathroom with hair on the walls. Not to mention the cleanliness of the buffet; the restaurant area is full of grime. The dishes are sticky, as are the tablecloths, cutlery and glasses. It should be noted that the bad smell of the enclosure shows little care, especially the fact that the shower and the pike must remain covered by the smell of sewage. Secondly, FORGET ABOUT THE SERVICES AND FACILITIES they offer with the price. The safe was obsolete, the switches didn’t turn on the lights, and if that wasn’t enough, the bidet didn’t work; not a drop of water came out. Thirdly, please note that Fridays and Saturdays are barbecue days and must be booked in advance. Personally, we had not been informed of this variation and could not order a cafeteria menu. We could say that there is a LACK OF COMMUNICATION between the client and the employee, although the staff is nice and attentive, willing to solve the setbacks. Fourthly, the buffet is CATASTROPHIC! Included in the €9 is rotten fruit, ham with unhealthy colors and canapés reused from night events. In addition, there is no variety and much of the food they serve is not changed daily. In short, if you don’t want your holiday to become a NIGHTMARE, look for another place to spend a few days in peace, as Hotel Fuente las Piedras will not find or enjoy a pleasant Mood. It is evident that all the stars on the façade have long since been dropped, are undoubtedly very dusty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT FULL OF HORROR AND CHAOS!
