Terrible experience. I went to dinner with my family; after having a reservation, we entered half an hour late and then waited an hour with only drinks. The morteruelo was very bad, the lamb chops were 15 euros for 5 smelly bones, the tenderloin was sour and dry, and my children had to eat dinner when we got home. When I search this page for places to eat, they usually do not disappoint, so I do not understand how there are such good reviews for a truly bad place. The only good thing is the views; the service was bad, and when I complained on-site, they did not even consider an apology. We were forgotten, poorly attended, and ended up paying 100 euros to go home for dinner. The bathrooms were disgusting.

There are unbeatable points such as the situation and friendliness both in reception and in the restaurant and just suggest that it would be convenient to give a renovation in one of the bathrooms and some objects in the rooms. Something that is also better is the breakfast that does not stand out for its quality. Having said that, we will be back without hesitation.
