Hotel Casa San Rafael

A very cozy, traditional, colonial hotel, a bit old; the service, kindness, and warmth of the staff are excellent. The breakfasts are very healthy and varied; I would say it is a family-friendly hotel. I would recommend that the hotel renovate some decor details that already look worn (carpets, cushions) and renovate the bathrooms, as they are old. The location is perfect, close to everything in the center of Cuenca and its surroundings.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Local specialities are served for breakfast. Night egg is all the street noise. Parking available but driveway only suitable for professionals

I like it because I love the breakfast they have, the rooms are very clean and relaxing for a long day. I love it and of course I'll be back
