Booked this hotel via Jet2 for 11 nights AI with my wife and daughters. Firstly the room- a sea view family suite with amazing views, it was clean on arrival and well presented, during our stay I think only two towels were changed and the level of cleanliness being maintained was acceptable, it could have done with a dust but nothing too bad. The pool area and pool bar was a good place to spend our days , the tiled area around the pool where the sun loungers were is in desperate need of some repairs and it wasn’t always clean but again tolerable. The pool bar was busy but if you timed it right you rarely had to queue my only criticism of the bar was being served drinks in cheap paper cups apart from the odd day when the plastic ones came out. The pools themselves were clean and the heated one was great for the kids. The buffet restaurant could get busy with the usual frustration that comes with it but the food was decent and there was plenty to choose from.
Entertainment is standard for this type of holiday so avoid if your expecting a west end show every night , I will say that the bar staff and the entertainment team worked extremely hard and I think this is why I enjoyed the holiday so much, I’m usually sick of my holiday after 7 nights , I write this review with a heavy heart that we couldn’t stay longer. For all the little floors in this hotel I’d definitely return here again it’s been a blast
