Currently (April 2026) another hotel is completely gutted right in front of it, unfortunately from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm construction noise, according to the reception is supposed to be like this for 3 months...we were already here 35 years ago and wanted to see what happened. There are now other hotels / clubs in the area, including a Mercadonna. Without a rental car it is not recommended, above there are 2 bus houses but no idea how it is here about the bus traffic... also some stairs within the hotel have to be climbed...and also to the beach it goes steeply downhill. But a still quite lonely stretch of beach without the many rental beds (they come about 500 m further, nudism is common here. Price-performance is ok but you can't expect too much for that either. Some negative reviews I can not quite understand....there is something of stairs and 3 stars in the hotel description...why then rate negatively afterwards ???.. Spend more money and you get more for it...we had booked one of the "renovated" rooms...was ok. Since we are not late risers, and also spent the day on the beach, the construction noise was not so bad for us now...Ah yes..there is a small restaurant "Marabou" around the corner, in our opinion a good cuisine and far above the fried standard stuff you get on the beach promenades. We certainly liked it again.

We slept in the hotel from 11.03.26 - 19.03.26. For people with walking disabilities, this place is unfortunately nothing. Had to take a lot of breaks in between. The bus stops are far outside the complex. You have to cross the highway to get there. The supermarket is also 30min walk away. But a good bus connection definitely. We got wherever we wanted to go. However, this must be CLEAR to one, the bus is FULL no one is taken. We had the problem when we wanted to go to Morro Jable.. Twice we were left standing. And then said we were going the other way. To the hotel: It is really very quiet and the surroundings are beautiful. You have great views of the sea and that is 5min walk away. The room: A nice large spacious room. Bed very large and comfortable. my shortcomings: We had breakfast there and had dinner twice. The hot dishes in the morning: Fried eggs, scrambled eggs etc were unfortunately often lukewarm to cold. Dinner unfortunately also lukewarm to cold. But always gave variety. Further point: there were many Dirty Plates and Cups! Hygiene was not so good. From Tuesday 17.03. our room was not cleaned. And the bed also not freshened! Plus: there was cocoa for breakfast. Wi-Fi was ok. All in all it was an Oker stay. We would not come back again though!

Definitely one of the most disgusting places I have ever seen in my life. Long story short: an old building, outdated furniture — but the worst part was the duplex apartment we had booked. The photos are misleading, so be careful!!! At 3 p.m. we stepped into what felt like a two-floor shoebox with a balcony overlooking a viaduct — yes, a heavily trafficked, extremely noisy viaduct. One of the windows was broken and unusable. The kitchen was a joke: there wasn’t even the bare minimum to make a salad — no knives, no scissors, no peeler, nothing. The drawers literally fall apart as soon as you open them. There was also a constant noise inside the apartment. While we were waiting in the lobby for the strictly enforced 3 p.m. check-in, hotel guests kept arriving at reception to complain, clearly exhausted. The sentence we heard most often was: “Every day there’s something wrong.” Stay away from this nightmare. I immediately requested a refund and we left right away. A place truly beyond acceptable limits.
