My 2nd time here after an absence of 7yr and disappointingly the place has gone downhill..I'm no snob as I've stayed at castillo beach up the bank and imo is far better now..Good points are location and staff..bad points are the pool is a game of sunbed war even before the gates are open people are dropping towels over the fence onto beds! Nothing done! Sofabed needs replacing springs broken mismatched rusty furniture outside..the bar might as well shut as there's very little to choose from that's if you can get the bloke who runs it to put his phone down to serve you..all in all I paid extra to stay in these apartments but I wouldn't do it again

The dirtiest hotel I have ever experienced. These photos were taken immediately upon our arrival and accurately show the condition of the apartment before we unpacked. The accommodation was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. I found hairs inside the fridge and on the hook behind the bathroom door, which suggested the same cloth had been used to clean multiple surfaces without proper hygiene. I ended up having to clean the apartment myself before we could settle in. The bedding was not changed at all during our week's stay, and the towels were only replaced once, after we specifically requested fresh ones. There were also several serious maintenance and safety issues. Electrical sockets came away from the wall, leaving exposed wiring, which was extremely dangerous. The hotel grounds were in a poor state of repair, giving the whole complex a neglected appearance. The sofa bed was old, uncomfortable, and unsuitable for sleeping. It was so bad that we had to buy two airbeds in town just to get a decent night's sleep. Cobwebs covered furniture, including the dining chairs and wardrobes, and the apartment had a musty smell when we arrived. We also discovered what appeared to be horsehair worms coming up through the bath drain, and there were cockroaches inside the wardrobe. Security was another concern, as there was easy access to the rear of the apartments and no visible security presence. The only positive aspect was the size of the swimming pool. Unfortunately, even the pool area felt tired, dirty, and poorly maintained. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, safety concerns, and uncomfortable accommodation completely ruined our stay. I would not return and could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hello, good afternoon, I do not recommend it at all. To start, apartment number 331 was dirty, starting with the entrance, continuing to the bathroom, and especially the bathtub and the curtain were full of mold, the kitchen was generally dirty, and the floor was ungrouted and dirty, the food was terrible, the pool floor was loose. It is unacceptable that a family with children does not have their sheets changed for an entire week, and the apartment should be cleaned daily. The door insulation was broken; I was there from the date of July 9, 2026. I am very sorry, but I will not stay in this apartment again. The septic tank cover in the gardens is broken and the gardens are abandoned. The only thing I liked was the treatment from the Argentine waiter and the lady at the front desk from the first day.
