SBH Monica Beach Hotel

On the subweb, the hotel gets 4 stars, which we really don't agree with. The rooms themselves were okay, but the bathroom was really dated and dirty (rust, mold, etc.). The sunbeds by the pool were also really in need of replacement. The breakfast and dinner were very good, but the lunch was very poor. We were also very happy that we could always eat outside because the noise in the restaurant was really terrible. It's a pity because if they would sort this out, it would really be a good hotel. The staff was very friendly. I was on a short vacation with my daughter and luckily the weather was very good, otherwise I would have been really bored because we didn't have a car.

Fabulous entertainment, chef Riccardo is a professional in the field.

I just returned from a week at Monica Beach. As usual, it was exactly what I expected. The hotel is perfectly located, with easy and pleasant beach access. All-inclusive dining, so everyone will find something to enjoy. The hotel isn't new, but the daily upkeep and cleanliness are clearly evident. The view from the room is "dreamlike," but that's what I paid for. When I read that towels and sheets aren't changed daily, I have to ask myself, how often do you do that at home? Certainly, not every day or every other day. If you have a problem with the food, the food at the hotel next door, the "Palace...", is certainly better, but it's not all-inclusive. That's how it works. You make decisions and bear the consequences.
