Very charming hotel close to the center of Begur (600m). There's parking. The room was nice, accommodated 3 people, has a good bathroom and a cosy balcony. We do not use the breakfast or the restaurant. Miguel is very attentive and our stay was great. I recommend.

We returned to Begur and to the Galena hotel to celebrate a birthday. We stayed in a superior room with a comfortable terrace offering a view of the forests, hills, and mountains. The large room, well-decorated, was equipped with comfortable chairs, a plush leather sofa, and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in... We even joked about bringing it back home with us to France. The bathroom was huge, beautifully tiled in bright colors, with a spacious shower and a large bathtub, perfect for a romantic bath for two. The breakfast included ripe melons, yogurts, cereals, eggs, bacon, and salchichón, a delicious tortilla española, fresh pastries, and warm toast. For dinner, a generous shrimp pasta appetizer followed by a barbecued ribeye served on a hot plate. The staff was friendly, warm, and attentive. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the center of Begur, a town filled with charming cafes and shops selling stylish clothing and local crafts.
