The worst experience of my life. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel! This hotel is literally infested with cockroaches. We saw them everywhere: in the spa area, in the hallways, and even right outside the door of our room. When we first saw a cockroach in the spa on the ground floor, we immediately informed the reception staff. They reacted as if it was completely normal. They simply apologized, but did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. The final straw was finding another cockroach right outside our room. At that point, we asked to be moved to another hotel and requested to speak with the manager. Instead, the staff ignored us for almost a day and a half. There was neither a manager nor a director available at the hotel. Only after we contacted Booking.com and reported the situation did a hotel representative finally arrive. Instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the issue, she told us that cockroaches in hotels in Spain are “completely normal.” When she ran out of arguments, she said, “You should actually be grateful that I came, because today is my day off.” After a long and stressful discussion, wasting a great deal of our vacation time and causing us unnecessary stress, we were finally moved to another hotel. Unfortunately, by then our holiday had already been completely ruined. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to avoid poor hygiene, indifferent staff, and a complete lack of professionalism, stay as far away from this place as possible.

My son and I had a great time at the hotel the room looked neat. We had a chip card to enter room and the light, power and air conditioning also worked with this.

A full honest review of the Alba Seleqtta - Arrival/Greeting - Around a 20 minute wait to get checked in. The receptionist wasn't very informative on the services and facilities eg meal times, on-site facilities, entertainment Rooms - Immaculate rooms that were cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. Topped up complimentary soaps, shower gels & shampoos. A fridge was available in the room but no kettle. Kettles can be loaned from reception with a refundable deposit of 20 euros ( A guest told me this ) Pool area - Perfect if you have children. 3 great spacious pools that have well maintained surroundings. Restaurant - We went half board. Great breakfast and dinners. The food was hot and there was plenty of variety. Only problem was at peak times, you would be walking around the restaurant until a table would become available - this could be managed better. Entertainment - Very basic. If you enjoy evening entertainment, I would recommend going into the town centre or beach front. Overall, a wonderful stay at the Alba Seleqtta, will definitely recommend and visit again.
