Alva Park Costa Brava

Terrible experience — absolutely unacceptable staff communication. We arrived after midnight, just as we had clearly informed the hotel in advance. But when we got there — no check-in information, no room number, no door code. Nothing. We stood outside in the middle of the night, trying every possible way to contact someone: WhatsApp, Booking.com, Google Maps, even their own website. After hours of frustration, someone finally let us into a random room at 2:30 AM. No hot water, broken appliances, no working stove, no coffee machine. Just a bed. No staff followed up in the morning. I had to keep chasing them myself. The first proper room and official check-in didn’t happen until almost 24 hours after our booking began. And the only explanation I received? “You got a place to sleep.” That’s not hospitality — that’s disrespect. Avoid this place…

They are very nice apartments but have the kitchen as it is written but to use it one must bring cutlery pots everything you need to cook in fact I did a week in restaurants, I thought I could eat sometimes or at least have breakfast, the carpet is not very clean and the entrance outside the elevator the carpet is very dirty stained the room in 6 nights no one ever came to clean it and change the towels I had to say it myself but they did not change the sheets and I did not even have towels I had to ask for clean .. broken electric shutter and dirty terrace just arrived .. in the pool the beds are wooden uncomfortable without mats and showers do not work .. huge double beds very comfortable. It could have much more but there is no organization because it is a nice facility and at the reception they are very friendly and helpful.

I’m the traveler with a long history of luxury hotels, I’ve visited many hotels of The Leading Hotels of The World. Alva Park is the best one from all of them. It is so stylish, so beautiful, with excellent taste of aristocratic life. There are small kitchen, separate Walk-in closet, big bathroom, separate toilet, very big terrace with amazing view. We arrived at 2.00 AM, with small kids, we were so tired and hungry and I was surprised to see fresh sandwiches with salmon and sweats for kids. Very helpful staff, very clean, tasty breakfast and dinner. Every details was kindly thought out by professional. Love it so much.
