The hotel is very well located, with an acceptable buffet and a super friendly waitress named Susana. However, it does need a change of loungers by the pool, and I did not like that they charged for the refrigerator in a four-star hotel.

This is a 1 star at the best! It claims to be a 4 star hotel…..someone needs to reavaluate as it’s Terrible! Awful facilities, might have been nice when it opened but has never been maintained and brought back up to date….lots of facilities broken. It’s truly bad…not kettle in room, towels are about 40 years old. Pool towels you need to hire and pay for clean ones… pool was dirty, room dirty, booked a quad room and got a triple.
