The shower wasnt clean when we got there it was absolutely vile! the food isnt great and not much option at all! I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and when i did there was no clean bedding and no cleaning done they made our beds and gave new towels! The staff were rude and we had to pay extra for certain drinks which is absolutely ridiculous when its all inclusive! Our aircon wasnt working and they put a bit of paper in the unit which i was extremely shocked by! The cleaners are rude when i approached them about cleaning my room deeply! Overall the hotel is dirty and shocking! Would never go again!

The service is good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The rooms are very basic and don’t have a mini fridge, and the safe in our room didn’t work. The bathroom also needs attention. The shower leaked badly, causing water to spread all over the bathroom floor after every shower. Another major downside was the poor soundproofing. You can clearly hear conversations and other noise from the rooms next door, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The food was decent, with enough variety to find something you like. However, the buffet was extremely busy. During peak times, we often had to wait well over an hour before we could get our food. By the time you finally reach the buffet, you’re no longer hungry, which really takes away from the dining experience. The pool area was also overcrowded. There simply weren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests staying at the hotel. During our stay, we weren’t able to get a sunbed until the very last day, which meant we hardly had the chance to enjoy the pool. Most of the guests were German, French, and British families. We hardly came across any Dutch guests, which may or may not matter depending on your preferences. Overall, while the staff made a positive impression with their friendliness and good service, the hotel’s facilities, maintenance, and organization did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

At the hotel reception, no one speaks French; I have to complain to get someone to come. At the bar, the little gentleman in the morning and the stout gentleman in the afternoon were unpleasant all week, not a single smile. (They need to change professions.) The room partitions are not thick. No activities for children aged 9 and 11; they were bored, which is a shame.
