A perfect hotel for the family!!!

The hotel is very well located. The pool is wonderful. They should change the beds. Very small double bed 1.35. We didn't sleep badly, but it wasn't a super mattress; it had been ages since I slept in such a small bed with my husband. Super small room. For me it is not a real 4-star, let's say a superior 3-star.

Hotel with an excellent location next to the beach. The staff at the bars deserves a 10. At reception, a novice girl informed us very poorly about the services. We booked a suite that overlooks the garden, and in the bathroom, worms were coming out from the shower area. A bit disgusting and lacking in cleanliness. The ALL-INCLUSIVE is a scam since half of the drinks, like MOJITOS, are not included unless you pay for PREMIUM. The bar closes at 1 AM, and for ALL-INCLUSIVE guests, it closes at 11 PM. A disgrace.
