Upon arrival, we were assigned a basement room that had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and inadequate ventilation. This environment is entirely unsuitable, unhealth and very dirty . Furthermore, access to the room is via steep stairs, which she is physically unable to use safely.
The room which was represented to us as a family sut and charged for 3 adults and 1 child of 15 years only had a one double room for 4 whereas charged us for a one basement room with no day light or window almost 1000 euro per night. We consider this unacceptable, as the room provided was not fit for occupancy given my mother’s medical condition and did not meet the standard reasonably expected from any property.
In addition, the photographs and description of the accommodation published on the website do not accurately represent the room that was allocated to us. The condition, location, and overall quality of the room differ substantially from what was advertised. Had the accommodation been represented truthfully, we would not have made this reservation. Moreover the so load and bad music in the entrance was giving headache. Parking, spa sport activities are all subject to extra charges. Very unfriendly ve u professional stuff. It took us 5 hours to reach some manager as the general manager herself was on vacation and someone Paula came with no clue of handling anything after 5 hours of repeated request. So badly managed place in the middle of nowhere with a mentality of cheating and robbing holiday makers !!!!! Worst eesort on earth in every aspect
