Well... Description says internet is unlimited in hotel, however they turn off on middle of the day and letting us know it will be available only at the mornings and evenings... Pathethic

The food is excellent, with variety and well presented. The pool is a jungle with no one to bring order. Everything is allowed. Regrettable. Crowding, noise, and screams make it impossible to rest. The beds have spring mattresses, quite old. Horrible; you get up to go to the physiotherapist. , Crowds and constant noise. There are no monitors or lifeguards. No entertainment program available. Overall condition of the rooms is not recommendable and requires health inspection. An experience not advisable or recommendable.

Have just come back from a week stay here of a family of 4 and I am not one for going by reviews as I like to make up my own mind but for once the reviews left are spot on. We were all inclusive which starts at 10.30am and ends at 10.30pm after that you have to pay for drinks. It says on the website there is a roof top bar (which was not open) and a snack bar (no such thing, what you have are vending machines in the lobby). The restaurant was like a stampede trying to get anything it was like people were never fed, they are all on top of you grabbing the food. Food was not nice it was the same food served everyday, was always cold and even one night we got pork and it was raw, chefs are touching the food with their bare hands putting it on trays. Drinks in the machine were warm,the apple juice and orange juice didn't even taste like juice. Rooms were ok but was very warm we had to sleep every night with the balcony door open the air con in the room you may aswell not have it there it does nothing for your room. Evening entertainment was a guy playing what was like 1 playlist that consisted of Spanish songs playing the same ones every night in the exact same order, by night 3 it got to the point of annoying hearing the same music every single night. You also have many tours checking in every day which take up most of the hotel, for the amount of people they have stay the hotel is not equipped for. Even down to sunbeds at the pool theres about 20 sunbeds if your not down by a certain time to reserve them you may aswell forget it. Finally any staff member that we came in contact with were so rude and ignorant and not one bit helpful. I would not consider this hotel a four star like it is advertised its more of a 2/3. I will never stay here again.
