Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Emporda

I have no criticism to make regarding the hotel, the breakfast, or the golf courses. I simply wanted to share my misadventure and highlight the unprofessional attitude of the establishment. I forgot a golf vest on site. Since I live more than 500 km away, I contacted them. They found my vest, but offered to send it back to me via UPS… for €60, which is almost its purchase price 🥲. I asked if they could send it via La Poste or Mondial Relay, for a much lower cost, but nothing doing: if I did not accept their conditions, they would not have sent it back to me at all. 🙏"**

Very pleasant golf stay in this beautiful place. Everything was very good, from booking to our departure. The staff is welcoming, competent, ready to give us satisfaction at any time. Beautiful address to advise strongly. Thank you and Bravo

Beautiful golf course, very well equipped golf shop, game organization without problems. Room nice and spacious with magnificent views of the golf course. But you must not be disturbed by the nearby national road and the greenkeepers early in the morning. Showers in the slippery bathtub at your own risk, flooding the bathroom (no shower curtain) guaranteed for it. The staff is nice but somehow always very busy and does not always have time for guests. All glasses are polished before the guest’s order can be accepted🤣. Breakfast okay, dinner below average to continue to be polite here. Spices seem unknown, fish and meat are killed a second time in the pan. This beautiful golf course would be a more qualified and innovative chef to treat!
