Gran Garbi Mar

We returned once again to this hotel for a week-long all-inclusive stay. The hotel is clean, the staff is kind, the wifi is very good (free), and the parking (always free) is a plus. The dining, sometimes criticized in certain reviews, is actually very good and varied, offering a good quality/price ratio. One cannot expect "super" with very reasonable stay prices. The staff mostly speaks French and is always available and ready to offer a solution to any problem, always with a smile. The location of the hotel complex is extremely well situated, close to the sea and shops in the lively streets. We come here regularly and recommend this stay in this price range. If I had to make a complaint, a small shelf in the bathroom would be a plus and would facilitate the storage of toiletries. My family and I recently stayed at Hotel Gran Garbi in Lloret de Mar, and once again we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The hotel offers a great price-to-quality ratio, which makes it a perfect choice for families who are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday without spending too much. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us a nice place to relax after enjoying the sun, the pool, and the area around Lloret de Mar. The facilities are great for both adults and children, and there is always something to enjoy during the stay. What makes this hotel really stand out is the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. A special mention also goes to the bar staff, who were very kind, welcoming, and always made us feel comfortable. Their friendly service really added something extra to our holiday. Special thanks to Javier, Juan, Luiz, Rosario, José, and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable again. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday at Gran Garbi and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, family-oriented hotel with great value. We are already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures advertised, the water slides you see on the pictures are only available from the end of May to September, this wasn’t advertised correctly when we booked. We paid for all inclusive and the food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner was cold, everyday we were there. All inclusive privileges were only accessible from 11am which was disappointing. Supposedly we had some of the best rooms in the hotel, this was an overstatement, the rooms were tiny and unclean. The floors hadn’t been swept when we walked in, There was a dead fly on the floor and clumps of hair and dust scattered around the room. Feel like we have overpaid for the services provided. Although I will say the reception staff were all lovely and welcoming.
