Looks like the nicest hotel however very noisy at night especially with Clipper Hotel across the street and police breaking up huge groups hanging around the front of the hotel. Pool Was filthy. Cloudy and huge amount of black bits floating in the water. All inclusive was confusing. Even when I went to the receptionist she was unable to tell me what was included and what wasn’t. Timings of food was confusing. Like what I could eat and not and when I could eat at the pool Bar and when I couldn’t. Even had a bar man tell me I couldn’t order a drink for my daughter. She had to Come up and ask for it. He gave me the analogy that a Scottish man on all inclusive was ordering 20 Drinks for non inclusive. I ordered two drinks. One for Me and one for her … both paying all inclusive.

Me my partner and 10 year old daughter have just returned from a 7 nights stay at the Melia hotel. This hotel is pristine and immaculate and very chilled! The rooms are very comfortable and pleasing. Pool area is spacious and plenty of sunbeds. The restaurant staff really make your dining experience worth it. Super friendly, quick to clear away and never shy of a conversation! The food is also very good quality in the restaurant. Big shout out to Marco Antonio & Felix who made this holiday for us. If your looking for somewhere with a fantastic hotel entertainment team and kids club this is your place to go! We stayed in every evening because the entertainment was fantastic! Big shout out to them all but pucho in general as he made the biggest impact on our daughters holiday ❤️ I wouldn't advise to eat by the pool the food is rather expensive and very hit and miss wether you will get hot food or not. Drinks are very hefty in price coming in at 12 euros for 3 soft drinks and around 20 euros for 2 alcoholic drinks but I guess this is down to what you choose to drink. Plenty to do and see in the area with the shops and beach only being around a 10/15 min walk and plenty to do and see. All in all we give our stay here an 8 out 10! We would definitely return to this hotel ❤️

The hotel itself is very clean and modern, surrounded by palm trees and gardens. We didn't really go too far as we were all inclusive, but shops and bars are within walking distance. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday. Only downside was there weren't enough hangers in the wardrobe, but that was very minor. The all-inclusive offer was very good with lots of fresh food on offer, and good drink choice as well. We have had a great week made unforgettable by the entertainment staff. The activities they offer and the enthusiasm they bring is infectious. We really enjoyed the salsa class with Oriana, sip and paint with Sofia and the aqua fit every morning with them all, were lots of fun. The only thing I could suggest is some sort of covers for the food in the dining room, or insectocutors, as there were often fruit flies around. All in all would highly recommend this hotel!
