The air conditioning did not work and they did not fix it; we set it to 16º all night and it was fine. They did not clean the room or make the beds during the stay, they only changed the towels. The breakfast was not very varied. The staff at the buffet only spoke English; the receptionists tried to understand Catalan but only spoke Spanish.

Do not stay here. This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I dont mind budget but this was lower than thst. Stains on the bedding. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat that must have been from the 80’s. No bar/food as it was permanently shut, therefore couldn't even get water! and half the hotel was closed. Rooms never cleaned ,no room in the lift. just not nice

Total disaster. Broken furniture, the bidet had been taken (only the pipes and drain), small toilet lid and loose on one side, not a single glass in the room, the bar/restaurant closed, the window curtain is not opaque and at night the light passes and I suspect the image. And the worst: leaks falling on the pillow of one of the beds. When it started raining in the early morning we could no longer sleep (see photos).
