A true scam. We returned because the first time was exceptional in service and treatment, and now, to start, they give us a room we did not request. It is 3:31 PM and we cannot access our room because it is not clean, and they tell us that it is normal, that there is no staff. Then they leave us only 1 roll of toilet paper, already started, and the last night without sleep because the floor where we are is on the Rambla, due to noise, as examples... We complained to speak with the manager; he confirms that his priority is check-in and tells us in an inappropriate, disrespectful, and unfriendly tone... no need to say anything more. There are many other hotels and we do not recommend this one at all. We wish you a truly relaxing vacation.

We bought a Dakotabox paying a supplement of 70e to use a jacuzzi 50 min and when we arrived at the hotel they had no place for us, we were not offered a solution other than to come another day to the jacuzzi or a bottle of cava haha, besides treating us with contempt, small room, I do not recommend this hotel because having the empty rooms fill the jacuzzi x hours, charging 38e and the ones we have paid for the hotel night we have no place inside our chekin and chekout, being a total scam

Nice rooms, good beds and a great breakfast. Price/quality is good. Rooms are somewhat dated, but very spacious and all necessities are provided. Stayed week and went out a lot, then it is a nice hotel. If you go for a hotel where you really want to spend a week at the pool with more facilities, I wouldn't choose it, but for our holiday it was top.
