A great stay in a beautiful hotel that exudes a bit of "James Bond" flair. Outstanding service, very good cuisine, and an ideal location on the quiet beachfront promenade of Fenals with direct access to the beach. An ideal place to escape everyday life and enjoy some relaxation and sunshine.

The Rigat Park & Spa hotel presents itself as a 5-star establishment, which it has probably not been for a few years now... A serious refresh is necessary because, aside from a classic and rather successful decoration in the lobby, its overall condition leaves much to be desired. The rooms are outdated, the bathrooms need to be handled with care, and the old spring mattresses should be forgotten. Let’s not even talk about the soundproofing, which simply does not exist. No kettle and even less a complimentary bottle of water available... It is true that there is one in the mini-bar... for a fee, of course. Little things that are usually seen in this category, and even elsewhere. Of course, the free and secure parking is an undeniable asset, although there are still about twenty steps to climb with your suitcase upon arrival. The bellboy appears only at the lobby level, takes his little ticket but does not reappear at the time of departure... The view of the sea is superb, and the hotel has a beautiful, very clean pool with many sun loungers, directly overlooking the beach. A beach to which we also have immediate and secure access, but with the surprise of having to pay €30 for the umbrella and two sun loungers. For the aperitif on the terrace, two glasses of Moët champagne placed as they are without the slightest accompaniment = €44... The Privee restaurant is very beautiful, the à la carte meal is rather average, especially since the fish was served cold. Undoubtedly deboned, but still served cold. The breakfast is very good, complete, but would benefit from offering fresh orange juice. In conclusion: The prices are quite reasonable for the "claimed category" and especially for the location. Overall, very disappointing.

An incredible hotel, with spectacular facilities and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. It has access to a beautiful beach, surrounded by paradisiacal coves, in addition to a wide variety of entertainment, bars, and shops that create an unbeatable atmosphere. The spa facilities stand out for their cleanliness, spaciousness, and tranquility; simply spectacular. And last but not least, there are no words to describe the incredible variety and high quality of the food. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.
