I paid for the most expensive room with a full sea view. I paid in advance. When I arrived they put us at the back of the building with no view and when I spoke to front desk about it they said “sorry, the hotel is full and we can’t give you a sea view.” Not even a partial refund. So corrupt and dishonest.

We had a lovely time. The activities in particular were very great, and Vivienne and the rest of the team were very dedicated to creating a lovely atmosphere.
