Would not go back!!! We went for a week. We read the reviews but wanted to give them a chance but wish we hadn’t. When we arrived we booked a Standard room and assumed it would have a/c but it didn’t the room was stifling so on the second day we had to pay to upgrade The new rooms ac didn’t work so we reported it when it started working it was had no speed and was just blowing warm air which would only work for a few minutes and then stop working and then would come on for few more minutes Day 3 we woke up to no water and no working toilets The water and toilets didn’t work for a day and a half The hotel could not tell us when the water was going to work and they would only provide single glasses of water despite been all inclusive The restaurant had a really small assortment of food - nothing for kids nothing was labelled no allergy info The restaurant constantly ran out of food and drinks and cutlery and plates The snack bar had almost no food The bar regularly ran out of vodka, rum and cocktail mixtures The bar would only allow people to have one drink at a time, if you were sat in a group everyone had to go up to the bar to get drinks You could not go inside if you were wet this included using the toilets, children/babies needing the toilet were made to leave the hotel to get dry before they could use the toilets No entertainment day or night not even music around the pool 20 sun loungers round the pool for over 300 rooms

Never again. I'm not usually one to complain, come on I loved pontins so I'm usually easy going with you get what you pay for...... But this is a whole new level. No labels on food had no clue what it was you was eating, When I asked and mentioned should all be labeled as is law in Spain just got the answer of oh well. Spirits all watered down your be lucky if they pour 5mls of water down vodka. No air con in restaurant. No Aircon on most rooms and so many people complaining while I was there. No atmosphere just grumpy rude staff. Location is ok. Worse holiday IV been on worse hotel.

Room was ok cleaned every day, the beds wasn't comfortable as neither was the hard flat pillows. Very close to the beach, and very friendly staff,. The food was awful nearly same thing every day, except for Sunday dinner we got meatballs (Wow) paella was served with spaghetti and looked awful as it was in a dark brown sauce 🤢,, The dining room staff kept pacing up and down looking at you when you are eating your meals. We were all inclusive so we expected to get our drinks like normal all inclusive hotels, but no , they had no lager on tap you was given the smallest can of lager, if you wanted a glass of spirits, you couldn't drink it neat you had to have a mixer, so it was a dash of spirits and topped right up with lemonade or coke, and the buffet was a laugh it was a small i mean small hot tray on the bar with three small compartments, burgers, and the other two seemed to be what was left over from breakfast time. Everyone was complaining especially when we had no water for quite some hours in the morning. Me and my daughter tended to go out for meals and drinks as we didn't expect the drinks to be limited when all inclusive. I actually named the hotel Fawlty Towers Never in my life will i go there again. My disabled daughter scrimped and scraped to book me a surprise holiday, and was very upset, and to top it all the transfer coach didn't arrive to pick us up , i rang love holidays 14 times and in the end they hung up on me, it was our first holiday on our own we were lost. So people i am warning you never go to Terramar hotel. I forgot to mention the thugs that were there throwing lounge chairs in the pool and scaring the older residents, also no entertainment, and nothing for children, not even food suitable for children. I rest my case. Shouldn't even be a 3 star hotel
