Hotel Balneari Prats

I called two days before to reserve a visit to the pool but they told me that for weekdays it is not reserved. After traveling for an hour, we arrived at 10:00 AM but they told us that the pool is occupied until 1:00 PM. And that yes, it is not reserved, but hotel guests have priority. Besides, the town is very small and there is nothing to do for an entire morning. One day of my vacation wasted. A little planning with a reservation system wouldn't hurt. I am clear that I will not travel another day for an hour to discover that Oops, it is occupied.

We only went to the outdoor pool. The entrance fee for two hours is 15€ per person. They do not provide towels, and there is no shower to rinse off afterward. For this reason, the price is not its best feature. A deposit could be requested for the towels that is returned once the towel is handed back, and a shower could be provided to finish the stay.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere the pool is amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is a bit hit and miss one day it was nice the second day it wasn’t the best. Room was ok but is in need of a makeover especially the bathroom, it’s tiny no room to move and the fittings are old.
