I thought it was an average 4 star boutique hotel and not disappointed, but not overwhelmed either! It’s a good location but it took us ages to find it and access the correct street even with sat nav! The room was disappointingly quite dull and plain, although the bathroom was good. The dining room and outside area were pretty although the pool small. The lounge and reception good although I wouldn’t say the staff were over-welcoming! Over all; excellent location, nice reception area, dining room and outside area, but the breakfast wasn’t good and cleanliness everywhere needed a bit of attention.

Great location just minutes from Bari Vell and the main sights and sites. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Spacious, comfortable and well-appointed room, and very quiet.

The hotel looks lovely but our bedroom ( room 2.4) was awful. It overlooked an internal staircase and we had no natural light. I could have lived with this but the worst part was the smell which was a strong, air freshener type of smell which made me think it was to mask smoking on the stairwell. I could be wrong but it was so strong that it gave me a headache and i didn’t sleep. I mentioned this to reception in the morning because i would hate someone to have the same experience.
