Waited 30 min to check in due to issue with the payment from the hotel side. Late in night the doors will bang very loundly, toilets flush you can hear . it is clen and has air con.

It was very hot in the room because the air conditioning was not working, we had to sleep with the window open and all the mosquitoes and bugs from the garden outside were getting in. In the spa, the pool water was too hot and it was impossible to get into the hot tub because it would burn your skin; the heat in there was overwhelming and you even felt short of breath. We could only stand it for half an hour and we left because the heat was unbearable.

Beautiful rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Forgot to arrange an airport transfer in advance but the hotel sent one to the airport to collect us, no problem. Great facilities too
