Apartamentos Blanco y Negro

Don't ever trust this apartment people.. Disgusting how they treath people. This disgusting people seem like human..but there humanity has died for money.. We paid made a reservation a year ago in 2018 for the year 2019 we came and the apart we paid for they said they don't have it and they dont care what wil happen to us..we were standing with two kids in the night middle of knowhere They cheated and lied. Dont trust them..if you will book this apartment you can count on standing outside or have a very dirty place.. You are warned its up to you and booking.com is also the place were I booked this blanco y negro they will make you suffer also after the disgusting owners off blanco y negro

What a shock when we arrived after having to walk to find the office to receive our key card. We walked into a nightmare didn’t look anything like the photos. There was a leak with a pan under to catch the water. The sofa bed had rips in it, the beds wasn’t made the bedding was folded at the bottom of the bed. When I entered the bathroom there was mould all over the roof. The toilet was leaking and there was bits of sick on the floor. The shower curtain was no longer white it was orange. The bathroom sink had hair in. we had to buy bleach from the shop to clean the apartment before we could even sit down. The cooker was broken and the cooker Hood was being held up with tape. The security guard just walked into your room when ever he liked and was very very rude and abusive. Would never stay here again even if I was paid to.

got off the buss in llorett to be told "the fortuna appartment did not exist " go to blanco y negro omg!! 0130 we found this night mare security man had no knowledge of us he called operator. oops over booked! 0215 had to walk about 2 mile following security man who was on a moped to a back street block of flats . got in the lift vomit and stink of urine eventually got to a room omg! filthy was not the word we had to sit on balcony all night as beds were stained couch was wet and stank. in the morning went back to blanco y negro to find nobody there .after 2 hours eventually got told to take the key to a shop next to the town hall and they would find us new accommodation .btw no directions the woman on the phone did not know llorett de marr so could not tell us. eventually found the tiny shop handed the key over and asked for our passports back after about 20min arguing they gave us them back . by this time i was up for fighting . they told us to go to bolero park hotel no directions again so a taxi it was .eventually got there and the next part of my holiday was perfect .never ever go to these appartments nightmare.. bolero park is beautiful.
