4-star superior hotel that is 1 star too many.
Interior facilities are outdated and not very clean; the exterior ones are quite well-maintained and clean (pools, garden, terraces).
Room cleaning was scarce; in ours, during the 1 week we stayed, they did NOT change the sheets, many days we would return after lunch and the room was still not made, the terrace was dirty during the entire stay, the curtains were torn with holes, inside the closet was the minibar and where it was sitting was all pitted.
In short, a disaster.
The interior common areas (reception, dining room) are quite outdated and not very clean.
The buffet is very poor; we went on full board and it is not worth it, outside the hotel walking toward the center (2km) you have a lot of options. Repetitive food, especially at the grill, besides the fact that the employee who ran it was very unfriendly, food for children was scarce except for breaded chicken and potatoes which they had almost daily for both lunch and dinner.
Regarding the pool, they clearly state that you cannot swim in clothes, yet during our stay several Muslim women went in fully dressed without anyone, not even the lifeguard, saying anything to them.
In short, I would not pay to stay at this hotel again.
