Arrived here thinking I was staying here!!!! No reception nobody about to get a key from, I had a number to ring and she didn’t speak English and hung up on me so we have been stranded, went to two nearby hotels for help and one of them pointed us to a shop, they gave us a key to a totally different complex, please do not book, been walking round for 3 hours with cases, feel really ill, wasted first day.everyone is rude another English lady had same trouble, finally got a room which is alright, no English here at all, we are easy going but our experience has been shocking, I have been abroad loads of times and never ever had this experience, I will be taking this further on my return home!!! For sure
