All has been said about this place and his owner on the 1-3 star reviews. The place has a lot of potential but needs a complete overhaul in furniture, beds, tv’s, bathrooms, air conditioners, food, and customer service. It is affordable but now we know why. Private parking is very tight and gets dark immediately.

I have visited the place 27 years ago, today i have saw, continues as before: don't improve!!, The same reception, the same terrace, all is the same...if they have not improved In all these years, they will not do ever

Had one night here only to facilitate taking in a concert in the festival. On the plus side it is very well situated and has a warm and helpful owner (although running a slightly Fawlty Towersesque place - it did remind me of the 70's, sorry). Picking up on other comments, pay the extra 7 euros for a room at the back; be aware if you want to use the air con you have to ask and then pay for the use of the remote control to operate it; payment is also required to park - a few streets away in a very tight underground car park - you wouldn't get anything remotely large in it. Everything else minimal and pretty dated - our shower was lamentable.
